I purchase handlights for my department and have been very impressed with your lighthawk series but it has one large shortcoming, no flood lens capability.
As firefighters we do more than just fight fires and sometimes we need more than a piercing light, we need the capabilities of a flood as well.
We currently are using Streamlight brand one each of a spot and flood on each of our eleven (11) vehicles. They are outdated and are in need of replacement but since you only offer a spot lens I will have to budget for the original brand for replacement.
I have expressed this concern to several sales people I have encountered over the last couple of years but either they have not passed it on or you have no intention of adding the ability of a flood lens.
If by chance you are in the process of incorporating this ability or will offer it in the future that will work with existing handlights, please inform me so that I may be able to update our handlights in a progressive manner.
